  • We offer Australia-wide shipping for all our non-local customers, ensuring that your perfect dress arrives in time for your special occasion. Our shipping fee includes professional dry cleaning and a pre-paid returns label for a hassle-free return process.

    Key Information:

    • Minimum Notice: We require a minimum of 5 business days' notice for postal orders to ensure sufficient delivery time.

    • Late Orders: If you’ve placed your order with fewer than 5 business days' notice, please contact us directly to confirm if timely delivery is possible.

    1. Australia-Wide Express Shipping (via Australia Post with Tracking)

      • Cost: $29.95 (includes tracking, dry cleaning, and a return label)

      • Your dress will be shipped via express post to ensure timely delivery.

    2. Local Orders – Warner’s Bay

      • Express Shipping: $29.95 (via Australia Post with tracking)

      • Pickup/Drop-off: Free

        • Pickup: Collect your dress on the first day of your hire period from our studio.

        • Drop-off: Return your dress by the last day of your hire period by placing it in the KSS Dress Hire dropbox at our studio.

    • Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, external delays with Australia Post may occur. We recommend booking early to avoid potential shipping issues.

    • Returns: Simply place your dress in the provided pre-paid return satchel and drop it at your local Australia Post or in the KSS Dress Hire dropbox if you're local to Warner’s Bay.

Cancellation and
Refund Policy

  • Cancellations

      • Fitting Appointments:

        • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment time are free of charge.

        • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a rebooking fee if the appointment is rescheduled.

      • Dress Hire Bookings:

        • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the pick-up date are eligible for a full refund, including the deposit.

        • Cancellations within 48 hours of the pick-up date will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

      Refunds

      • No refunds are provided for:

        • Change of mind after booking confirmation.

        • Incorrect size or style selection after pick-up.

        • One-off promotional deals or discounted hires.

      • Refunds are only provided if:

        • The dress is unavailable due to an internal error, such as double booking.

        • The client is unsatisfied due to a fitting issue during the appointment, and no suitable alternative is available.

      Exchanges:

      • If the dress does not fit upon final try-on at the studio, clients may select an alternative option (subject to availability).

  • Cancellations

    • Order Cancellations:

      • Orders cancelled 48 hours or more before dispatch qualify for a full refund or a credit note.

      • Cancellations made within 48 hours of dispatch are non-refundable.

    Refunds

    • No refunds are provided for:

      • Incorrect sizing if the dress was selected without a fitting appointment. However, an exchange option is available (see below).

      • Change of mind after receiving the dress.

      • Postage or delivery delays caused by external couriers.

      • One-off promotional or discounted hires.

    • Refunds are provided if:

      • The dress arrives damaged or faulty (photo proof must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery).

      • The dress is unavailable due to a booking error by KSS Dress Hire.

    Exchanges:

    • If the dress does not fit, clients may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the dress. The dress must be returned unworn and in its original condition.

    • Additional shipping fees apply for exchanges.
